ANULARI<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-purple-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-94de36d07539c2e6aff10ecae0055101\">Fin dalla comparsa delle prime pellettatrici (nate nella prima met\u00e0 degli&nbsp; anni \u201940), le trafile sono sempre state e tuttora rappresentano uno tra i principali pezzi di ricambio della macchina. L\u2019utilizzatore della pellettatrice dovrebbe avere sempre disponibile a magazzino almeno una trafila di ricambio insieme ad alcune camicie rullo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-purple-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-5776ac5eb19a2bf4cfa048db823d2afb\">Nel corso degli anni le trafile anulari si sono evolute sia nella forma e sia nelle dimensioni di base. Inizialmente erano costruite in acciaio legato da tempra e da cementazione. Con l\u2019avvento di nuove tecnologie e l\u2019uso di materiali molto pi\u00f9 performanti, le trafile in acciaio legato sono state lentamente ma inesorabilmente soppiantate dalle trafile in acciaio inox temprabile sotto vuoto. L\u2019estrema durezza ottenibile con tale trattamento termico non si limita come in passato alla sola superficie, ma arriva fino al cuore del pezzo. Tale tipo di acciaio inox garantisce pertanto alla trafila una vita utile molto pi\u00f9 lunga e una migliore qualit\u00e0 del pellet prodotto. In sintesi la distanza tra i vari fori, sia tra quelli in fila e sia tra quelli in riga, deve risultare sempre costante. Per meglio chiarire il concetto, la distanza tra tutti i fori presenti nella trafila \u00e8 sempre costante: <strong>A = B = C.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-purple-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4f17ca88aee258f2e940921cdfa72d7c\">Tale condizione risulta indispensabile ai fini della corretta distribuzione del materiale, e per uniformare i carichi di lavoro che la trafila deve sopportare. A tale scopo \u00e8 quindi imprescindibile l\u2019uso di macchine perforatrici automatiche di estrema precisione (foratrici profonde a cannone) che operano ad altissime velocit\u00e0. La gamma di perforazioni disponibili parte da \u00d81,2 mm ed arriva fino a fori \u00d824 mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-purple-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-349867cc85ea10d4849bdc2dd3235799\"><strong>T = SPESSORE DELLA TRAFILA<\/strong>. Variabile in base al tipo di macchina e soprattutto &nbsp;al tipo di prodotto da compattare, non \u00e8 mai inferiore a 20 mm. Nelle trafile a foro passante, quelle cio\u00e8 senza alcun controforo, corrisponde anche al valore della compressione netta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-purple-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-70f6d81063e85619c499c3763951c930\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-0-color\">D = PROFONDITA\u2019 DEL CONTROFORO<\/mark><\/strong>&nbsp;(o scarico libero del pellet). Indica la differenza tra lo spessore totale della trafila e la sua compressione netta. Deve sempre essere indicato nei casi in cui la trafila presenta un controforo, cilindrico oppure conico a conicit\u00e0 fissa 1:20.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-purple-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-c46418e5434ac0a13106d65755efb5ef\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-1-color\">C = COMPRESSIONE NETTA DELLA TRAFILA.<\/mark><\/strong> Legata intimamente al diametro di foratura, varia anche a seconda del tipo di prodotto da compattare. Si intende comprensiva del cono di ingresso e corrisponde alla parte cilindrica del foro, zona nella quale il prodotto si compatta per formare il pellet. Nelle trafile denominate a foro passante, quelle cio\u00e8 senza controforo, corrisponde anche al valore dello spessore totale della trafila stessa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-purple-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-0fbdc80f0e66394884bb6f072e8f8785\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#ad5800\" class=\"has-inline-color\">G = DIAMETRO DI BASE DEL CONTROFORO.<\/mark><\/strong> Ininfluente ai fini produttivi, si indica solo per il corretto dimensionamento in fase di progetto della trafila. In presenza di trafile anulari con controforatura cilindrica, corrisponde al diametro del controforo stesso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-purple-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-45768d872c831fe15f9a18af3b0ef1cf\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#0066f3\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>P = PROFONDITA\u2019 DEL CONO DI INGRESSO<\/strong>\u00a0<\/mark>(o svasatura).
