wp-elements-fd949b1e012095d3188952827fe793e8\">HISTORIA, TERMINOLOGIA Y DETALLES TECNICOS DE LAS MATRIZES PLANAS<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3b18284064114fcb2f07a8fd45e4fe70\">Desde la aparici\u00f3n de las primeras peletizadoras planas el los a\u00f1os \u201950, las matrizes siempre representaron y aun representan el principal repuesto de la peletizadora. Cualquier buen utilizador de una peletizadora siempre se preocupa de tener disponible en almacen por lo menos una matriz de reserva junta con algunas camisas de rolo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3d58fed43eda02c5d0b26b2d466ccf5d\">Con el pasar del tiempo las matrizes planas han sido desarrolladas diferentemiente, sea en la forma y sea en las medidas de base. En principio casi todas fueron fabricadas en acero al carbono adecuado para templa superficial o para carbo-cementaci\u00f3n. Hace tiempo todavia que se van a fabricar por medio de algunos tipos especiales de acero y tambien en acero inox templable bajo vazio. La extrema dureza que se logra con este tipo de tratamiento termico no es &#8211; como fue en pasado &#8211; relativa a la sola superficie exterior, ahora la gran dureza llega hasta al corazon del repuesto. Este tipo de acero especial y inox garantice entonces a la matriz una vida util mucho mas larga y logra la meyor calidad de pellet producido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-layout-3 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignwide size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"576\" height=\"324\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eosverona.com\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/image-1-edited.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-660\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.eosverona.com\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/image-1-edited.png 576w, https:\/\/www.eosverona.com\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/image-1-edited-300x169.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 576px) 100vw, 576px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-1-color\">Cualquier matriz plana fabricada industrialmente en manera raci\u00f3nal presenta la disposici<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-1-color\">\u00f3<\/mark>n de los agujeros segun la curva tipica llamada evolvente del circulo, que es el mismo perfil con el cual se fabrican los dientes de los ingranajes industriales. En el caso especifico, la matriz plana se presenta con una serie de hileras concentricas de huecos, y en cadauna el numero de agujeros siempre es constante.<\/mark><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-507ec7eb39bd42be6f69d9189109d80b\">Para aclarecer bien el concepto, la cantidad de agujeros presentes en las hileras mas cercanas al centro del molde resulta igual a la cantidad presente en las hileras ubicadas en el centro de la pista y a las mas perifericas. Esta condici\u00f3n es basica para la correcta distribuci\u00f3n de las cargas de trabajo que la matriz dever\u00e0 soportar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-98135598a3c7b4e440f5c110f02b5878\">La disposici\u00f3n de los agujeros en las hileras se basa sobre el principio del evolvente del circulo, y se la puede eseguir solo por medio de maquinas perforadoras automaticas de extrema precisi\u00f3n (llamadas perforadoras profunda a ca\u00f1on) que trabajan a elevadisima velocidad. Las herramientas de perforaci\u00f3n especiales trabajan casi sin vibraci\u00f3nes, para minimizar al m\u00e1ximo la rugosidad interior de los agujeros. En las matrizes con agujeros pasantes (sin controagujero algun), corresponde al valor de la compresi\u00f3n neta tambien.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-7-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-9023251df099830892239d86b2cd615f\"><strong>D = PROFUNDIDAD DEL CONTROAGUJERO<\/strong>&nbsp;<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-0-color\">(o descarga libre del pellet). Indica la diferencia entre el espesor total de la matriz y su compresi\u00f3n neta. Siempre dever\u00e0 estar indicado en el caso que se precise de una matriz con controagujero, cilindrico o conico con su conicidad fija 1:20.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-1-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-088f2d46560e5291828692f78c5033bf\"><strong>C = COMPRESI<strong>\u00d3<\/strong>N NETA DE LA MATRIZ.<\/strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-0-color\"> Dependiente desde el diametro de perforaci\u00f3n, varia tambien segun el tipo de producto a compactarse. Siempre se intiende incluida del cono de entrada y corresponde a la parte cilindrica del agujero, zona en la cual el producto se compacta para formar el pellet. En las matrizes con agujero pasante (sin controagujero algun), corresponde tambien al valor del espesor total de la matriz misma.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8324160efe995d96f5b5d7cc9a8bece8\"><strong>G = DIAMETRO DE BASE DEL CONTROAGUJERO.<\/strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-0-color\"> Irrelevante para el escopo productivo, se va a indicar solo para el correcto apresto en fase de planeaci\u00f3n de la matriz. En caso de matriz plana con controagujero cilindrico, corresponde tambien al diametro del controagujero mismo.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-7a045046f1fe933976562fdf026c7911\" style=\"color:#0066f3\"><strong>P = PROFUNDIDAD DEL CONO DE ENTRADA<\/strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-0-color\">&nbsp;(o abocinado).
