wp-elements-41c8d216f9cdf04fe0758a286d0e05d1\">Fin dalla comparsa delle prime pellettatrici piane negli anni \u201950, le trafile sono sempre state e tuttora rappresentano uno tra i principali pezzi di ricambio della macchina. L\u2019utilizzatore della pellettatrice dovrebbe avere sempre disponibile a magazzino almeno una trafila di ricambio insieme ad alcune camicie rullo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-d0cea2449663ee1e9c56173bbe07ed04\">Nel corso degli anni le trafile piane si sono evolute sia nella forma e sia nelle dimensioni di base. Inizialmente costruite in acciaio legato da tempra e da cementazione, da tempo si costruiscono anche con uno speciale acciaio inox temprabile sotto vuoto. L\u2019estrema durezza ottenibile con tale trattamento termico non si limita come in passato alla sola superficie, ma arriva fino al cuore del pezzo. Nel caso specifico, la trafila piana presenta una serie di righe concentriche di foratura, in ognuna delle quali il numero di fori \u00e8 sempre costante.<\/mark><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-608b451a77b4ea763bf986fde8c391fd\">Per meglio chiarire il concetto, la quantit\u00e0 di fori presenti nelle righe pi\u00f9 prossime al centro della trafila \u00e8 uguale a quella delle righe disposte pi\u00f9 esternamente. Tale condizione \u00e8 imprescindibile ai fini della corretta distribuzione dei carichi di lavoro che la trafila deve sopportare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-9c59a5d38d143b3149463f77f89286fa\">La disposizione delle righe di fori secondo il principio dell\u2019evolvente di cerchio pu\u00f2 essere eseguita solo da macchine perforatrici automatiche di estrema precisione (foratrici profonde a cannone) che operano ad altissime velocit\u00e0. Gli speciali utensili perforatori lavorano quasi in assenza di vibrazioni, in modo da minimizzare il pi\u00f9 possibile la rugosit\u00e0 interna dei fori. Nelle trafile a foro passante, quelle cio\u00e8 senza alcun controforo, corrisponde anche al valore della compressione netta.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-59ee5db415939dac998bebba332384f0\"><strong>D = PROFONDITA\u2019 DEL CONTROFORO<\/strong>\u00a0<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-0-color\">(o scarico libero del pellet). Indica la differenza tra lo spessore totale della trafila e la sua compressione netta. Deve sempre essere indicato nei casi in cui la trafila presenta un controforo, cilindrico oppure conico a conicit\u00e0 fissa 1:20.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-1-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-619a518a1518164fd033a2ed907860ad\"><strong>C = COMPRESSIONE NETTA DELLA TRAFILA.<\/strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-0-color\"> Legata intimamente al diametro di foratura, varia anche a seconda del tipo di prodotto da compattare. Si intende comprensiva del cono di ingresso e corrisponde alla parte cilindrica del foro, zona nella quale il prodotto si compatta per formare il pellet. Nelle trafile denominate a foro passante, quelle cio\u00e8 senza controforo, corrisponde anche al valore dello spessore totale della trafila stessa.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6ab5d0fe7afd46f58fa43a7fbc6804f2\" style=\"color:#ad5800\"><strong>G = DIAMETRO DI BASE DEL CONTROFORO.<\/strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-0-color\"> Ininfluente ai fini produttivi, si indica solo per il corretto dimensionamento in fase di progetto della trafila. In presenza di trafile piane con controforatura cilindrica, corrisponde al diametro del controforo stesso.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4ef94cca65a78b1a5485672a3f1588a9\" style=\"color:#0066f3\"><strong>P = PROFONDITA\u2019 DEL CONO DI INGRESSO<\/strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-0-color\">\u00a0(o svasatura).
